Tedy jsem se pustila do hled\u00e1n\u00ed toho, co znamen\u00e1, m\u00edt t\u011blo v k\u00e9toze. Je to jednozna\u010dn\u011b biologick\u00fd stav. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bude i organismu p\u0159irozen\u00fd, pakli\u017ee mu prosp\u00edv\u00e1 v tom smyslu, \u017ee ho dok\u00e1\u017ee zbavovat tuku ze z\u00e1sob, nikoli ze svalov\u00e9 hmoty. Tento stav nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v t\u011ble pakli\u017ee t\u011blo ve strav\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u00edlkovin a to v pravideln\u00fdch intervalech. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se sni\u017euj\u00ed i p\u0159\u00edsuny sacharid\u016f a tuk\u016f do organismu. A d\u00e1l?
